Superbowl Sunday!

It’s here, the ultimate football food day.
Here’s our lineup:

French Toast Soufflé (for breakfast)

Skinny Buffalo Chicken Potato Skins
Stuffed Cheese Buns
Buffalo Chicken Dip
Boneless Buffalo Wings

Funfetti Cake Batter Cookies
Cake Mix Caramel Brownies

It looks like it turned into a buffalo chicken day. Yum!

    If you want the Buffalo Wings hotter, as I do, add more Cayenne pepper to the batter or the sauce (or both in my case). Feel free experiment with other great flavors as well. I added more cayenne pepper to both the batter and sauce along with Hot Pepper Flakes, Jamaican Jerk, Cajun Seasoning, and Chili Powder. I also doubled the Franks Red Hot Sauce to over 1/2 cup to make it even spicier. The sauce essentially was 1 1/2 tablespoons butter, 5/8 Franks Hot Sauce, and then add a couple shakings of hot pepper flakes, and enough cayenne pepper and cajun seasoning to coat the top of the sauce (a tablespoon or more each maybe). Then mix it all together, dump in a seal-able container, place the deep fried chicken in it, seal, and shake up and down, side to side until fully coated. Add some celery for when you mouth burning and eyes start watering and you are good to go! Enjoy!

    On another note, the Stuff Cheese Buns are amazingly great! That is definitely a keeper I suggest to everyone who reads this (it’s also a good way to cool your mouth from the heat of the buffalo wings 🙂
